Q: Where is the shipment from? How many days can it be delivered?
A: We have warehouses in USA, CA, JP, CN, end DE. We can deliver to the United States ,Canada,Asia,and Europe. Normally delivered within 8 days. Remote areas will take a few more days.
Customized products are expected to take 35 days to arrive.
When the local warehouse in the buyer's country is out of stock. We will communicate with the buyer and try to ship directly to the customer from China. This is expected to take 35 days to deliver.
Q:What is the voltage of the electric heating carpet?
A: We offer 120V and 220V electric heating carpet. Please choose the specifications that are suitable for your country.
Q: Which rooms are suitable for using NujorWarm electric heating carpets?

Q: How to use it for the first time?
A:
Clean the floor. Do not leave sharp objects under the carpet.
Use a carpet on a flat surface.
The heating layer of the carpet is waterproof. But the thermostat is not waterproof. The thermostat should avoid water.
Use only with the provided thermostat and do not modify any components.
Always follow setup instructions before first use.
Q: How to clean NujorWarm Graphene Electric Heating Carpet?
A: Clean like a regular carpet. It is recommended to use a carpet cleaning machine.
Q:Is it safe to use on hardwood boards?
A: It's safe. Because this electric heater rug has an insulation layer. Heat will dissipate upwards.
Q:Will electric heating rug damage the floor?
A: No. NujorWarm electric heater rug comes with insulation and a lower temperature at the bottom.
Q:Can I use it on vinyl or plastic flooring?
A: It cannot be used directly on vinyl or plastic floors, you can add a 4mm thick carpet felt cloth to the bottom of the carpet.
Q: If a sharp object punctures part of the heating layer, will the heated carpet still work? Is it still safe?
A: Yes, it is still safe. If a sharp object punctures part of the heating layer, the carpet will continue to function normally in the unaffected areas. Only the damaged section will lose heating capability, while the rest of the rug remains operational. We still recommend avoiding sharp objects to protect the integrity of the heating layer.
Q:Can I sleep on an electrically heated carpet?
A: Electrically heated carpeting is prohibited to cover.
It is not recommended to sleep on NujorWarm's electrically heated rugs.
This will cause the temperature in some area of the carpet to reach 50 degrees Celsius (120 degrees Fahrenheit) or higher.
If you or your pet family really want to sleep on an electrically heated carpet, please add a layer of carpet felt of 4mm thickness between your heater carpet and the floor. This will allow the heat to escape and protect your flooring.
Don't forget check your floor temperature 20 minutes after you've slept on our heater carpet. If the floor is below 40 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit), then the cooling components meet your needs. Otherwise, we recommend that you strictly follow our advice and do not sleep on our electrically heated carpet.
Q: What kind of flooring is it suitable for?
A: Our products are suitable for use on hardwood and marble floors. Please make sure that your flooring is pre-designed with expansion joints (thermal expansion and contraction).
If your carpet does not have enough expansion joints or you are unsure about the material of your flooring, you can lay a layer of 4mm thick carpet felt between the heating carpet and the floor which will protect your floor while enjoying the warmth.
Q: How to return the item?
A: Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt.
This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.
We also offer a 1-year limited warranty covering product quality issues. Normal wear, surface abrasion, or damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.Damage caused by misuse or negligence may not be covered by the warranty
